Happy new Year people!!! Its a brand new year and I pray that this year will be a wonderful and happy filled year. The watchword this year is FOCUS, lets be committed in every area of our life. HOW TO MAKE 2017 COUNT One day, a young soldier walked up to a well decorated senior officer in the army and asked him "Sir, what is the secret of your success in the army?" I want to be successful too. The officer looked at the young soldier steadily for about 3 minutes and gave him a life threatening order. He gave the young soldier a cup full of water and told him to walk round the training field five times. He clearly told him that his life depends on it. That if a drop of water fall from the cup, another soldier would shoot him on the head. Four soldiers were strategically positioned to shoot him down once a drop of water fall from the cup. I am so excited to start a series on this blog, and this will be to give directions to popular places in Lagos State. I will kick off with the NATIONAL STADIUM Surulere. Brief History: "The  Lagos National Stadium  is a  multi-purpose stadium  in  Surulere, Lagos State ,  Nigeria , which comprises an Olympic-size swimming arena and a multipurpose arena used for basketball, volleyball, table tennis, wrestling and boxing matches. It was used mostly for  football  matches until 2001. It hosted several international competitions including the  1980 African Cup of Nations  final, the  2000 African Cup of Nations  final, and FIFA World Cup qualifying matches. It also served as the main stadium for the  1973 All-Africa Games . It was closed and abandoned in the year 2004."                                           My First Post This blog is all about helping each other out by providing details of how to get to different places in Lagos via public Transport. It is not surprising to many commuters residing and working in Lagos Nigeria that there is no formal collation of travel directions via public transport either digital, electronic, or physical compilation  of travel directions in Lagos State.
